Since 2023, DHL Supply Chain has proudly partnered with Girl Scouts of the USA to empower girls to build their own futures and help shape a tomorrow where women lead in logistics and beyond.
One highlight of this partnership is the Solutions Superstar program—a fun, hands-on experience that helps Girl Scouts develop real-world skills they can use now and in the future. Through interactive challenges focused on the world of logistics, participants strengthen problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and planning. Along the way, they build confidence, tackle real-life scenarios, and get a glimpse into careers in logistics—an industry where women currently represent just 41% of the workforce. Together, we’re inspiring the next generation of solution-minded leaders and opening doors to meaningful career opportunities.
DHL Supply Chain also proudly sponsors the GSUSA Gold Award Scholarship, funding 110 scholarships for the 2025 Gold Award Class. Each $5,000 scholarship recognizes the extraordinary leadership of Gold Award Girl Scouts and celebrates their Gold Award projects, which leave a measurable, sustainable impact on issues of national or global importance.
